Seven Hills and Anthem

If you live in Seven Hills, Anthem, Sun City Anthem, or Anthem Highlands, use the Henderson office address when arranging an in-person visit. The practice does not have a separate neighborhood office. Before your first visit, ask which records to bring and whether any testing needs to be arranged separately.

Changing periods and new sleep or temperature symptoms can raise different questions from symptoms years after the final period. Start with the guide that matches your stage: perimenopause care or menopause care. Your neighborhood does not determine your diagnosis or treatment.

Green Valley and MacDonald Highlands

Patients from Green Valley, Green Valley Ranch, MacDonald Highlands, and nearby Henderson communities can arrange care at the same Horizon Ridge office. If you are transferring care, ask how to share prior testing and current prescriptions through the practice’s secure process. Do not send medical records through ordinary email.

For a first conversation about treatment, our hormone-therapy options guide and testing guide explain questions to bring. A previous treatment or lab result is helpful context; it does not commit you to continuing a particular approach.

Summerlin

For Summerlin residents, the physical appointment location is in Henderson. There is no HTI branch in Summerlin. Check a current map from your starting point when choosing an appointment time. Travel conditions vary, so the practice does not promise a fixed drive time.

If traveling across the valley makes follow-up difficult, ask whether a particular visit is appropriate for telehealth. You must be physically located in Nevada for the practice’s Nevada telehealth service. Some concerns still need an exam or in-person care. Ask what can be handled remotely before assuming a video visit can replace an office visit.

Lake Las Vegas and Cadence

Lake Las Vegas, Cadence, and Tuscany residents can use the same Henderson office and ask about eligible video follow-up. When coordinating your schedule, confirm whether the appointment is an introductory call, a clinical visit, or a follow-up, and whether testing is a separate step. Those details affect what you need to prepare.

If interrupted sleep is what brought you here, the night-sweats guide explains the care conversation. Other available guides cover brain fog and mood changes.

Plan your first step

The free 15-minute Ask Dr. Wells call is for questions about the practice and how to get started. For established clinical care, bring your symptom timeline, medication list, relevant records, and the questions you want answered. Ask the office about accessibility needs before your visit so arrangements can be discussed.

Read what to expect from care and pricing and payment information. Confirm current fees and what is included with the office. Treatment recommendations follow an individual clinical evaluation; an appointment does not guarantee a prescription.
