Straight answers on cost, before you commit to anything.
Hormone Therapy Institute is self-pay, and there’s a reason for that. Insurance-based care often runs on short visits and a basic panel, and anything that doesn’t fit the checkbox gets denied. I didn’t build this practice to run a conveyor belt. Self-pay lets me order the testing you actually need and spend real time with you. You’ll know the services and the fees before you decide.

Before you commit
Before you commit, the office will walk you through the service you’re considering, the fees and anything billed separately.
Your signed agreement is the reference for visits, testing, support and any continuation option.
Patient financing through third-party lenders is available for the Menopause Clarity Intensive, subject to approval. Ask the office for the current terms, and read them before you accept.

The Hormone Blueprint is an at-home lab kit that comes with a prerecorded video explaining your report, plus educational guides and a workbook. The current price is $347. It does not include a personal consultation with me.
If you want to go over your own numbers with me, one-on-one, that’s a separate Lab Review with its own fee, and the office will tell you the current fee before you book. Before you buy the Blueprint, read the purchase terms on its page. Lab tests are nonrefundable.
You can also call the office before you choose any test. Testing should have a clear purpose in your care.
Your rights as a self-pay patient
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

Common payment questions
No reimbursement is promised. Ask the office about the payment process and what documentation is available, then check with your insurer directly before counting on it.
Don’t assume they are. Ask the office what’s included in the program you’re considering, including any outside charges you should expect.
