The care experience · Henderson, Nevada

Your menopause care in Henderson, step by step.

Unhurried visits and a plan you understand.

Most women who come to me have already had the rushed version of care: a quick visit, a basic panel, and a prescription nobody explained, or no help at all. Here’s how it works with me, from your first question to long-term follow-up, so you know exactly what you’re walking into.

Fifteen minutes to ask about the practice and what your next step should be. It’s a conversation, not a medical consultation.

From first question to follow-up

Know your next step.

Some women need a straightforward plan. Others need more digging. Your route depends on you.

01

Start with a conversation

Book the free 15-minute Ask Dr. Wells call and ask me about the practice and what happens next. It’s an introduction, not a medical consultation, so I won’t be diagnosing you over the phone.

You can start with questions. You don’t need to buy a test or pick a treatment first.

02

Prepare for your first consultation

Bring a short symptom timeline, any records and recent labs, and a list of every medication and supplement you take, including the ones you think don’t matter. Then pick the two or three things you most want to change.

Your first consultation happens by phone or Zoom, not in the office. The office will confirm the time, the format, any fees and anything you need to have ready.

03

Understand every choice

As your physician, I’ll tell you what I think is going on, what I recommend and why, what the risks are, and what your alternatives are. If a test, a medication or a next step doesn’t make sense to you, stop me. I’ll explain it another way.

04

Know the plan and the follow-up

You leave knowing what we agreed on, how we’ll measure whether it’s working, and who to contact if something doesn’t feel right. Tell us about practical barriers and any new or worsening symptoms.

Reach the office by phone, Monday through Thursday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Friday 9 a.m. to noon. We aim to respond within 24 hours on office days. If you’re a patient, you can also message us through the patient portal.

05

Decide what comes next

At a review, or when a program ends, we look at what changed and what still needs work. Review future services, monitoring, costs and terms before you decide on ongoing care.

Your signed agreement is the reference for visits, testing, support and any continuation option.

Your voice in the visit

Bring the question you’ve been holding back.

The things women find hardest to say out loud are usually the things that matter most. Maybe you don’t want to be touched anymore. Maybe you feel like you’re failing your kids. Maybe you just want to feel like yourself again. Say it here. You decide whether a partner or anyone else joins you, and how much you want to share.

You will not be rushed. You will not be told it’s in your head. You will not be handed a prescription that nobody explains to you.

Practical questions

Before you begin.

Is the Ask Dr. Wells call a medical consultation?

No. It’s a free 15-minute introduction to the practice and your next step. It doesn’t replace an individual medical evaluation, and I won’t diagnose or prescribe on that call.

Do I need to buy a hormone test before I contact you?

No. Call the office or book the Ask Dr. Wells call first. Ask whether a test makes sense for you and what an individual consultation would include.

How do I know what things cost and what’s included?

Ask the office before you commit. We’ll walk you through what’s included, what it costs, and whether visits, lab work, medications, supplements and follow-up are included or billed separately.

How do I reach the team between visits?

Call or email the office. If you’re a patient, you can also message us through the patient portal. We aim to respond within 24 hours on office days. Messaging is not for emergencies. For a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Can I ask about the Menopause Clarity Intensive?

Yes. Ask the office to walk you through the program, what’s included and the agreement. The Intensive follows the 4D Method, and your individual treatment is decided through your clinical evaluation, not before it.

Free, three pages

Your menopause visit planner.

Most women walk out of an appointment and remember the question they forgot to ask in the parking lot. This planner fixes that. Write down your symptom timeline, what you’ve already tried, and the questions that matter most to you, then bring it to your next visit, with me or anyone else.

No email required. Print it or keep it on your phone.
